Time to Change is the UK's biggest programme to end mental health discrimination. The Archway Foundation are looking for volunteers with a lived mental health experience (either yourself or as a carer/supporter) to join in our fun, quirky art-based activities/events and have short conversations about mental health, to challenge the myths and misconceptions. Activities include art workshops, poetry/creative writing workshops, dance/movement/physical theatre & performance - and tea & cake! If you feel you can take the time to talk because it really is Time to Change, we'd love to hear from you. Email Me
