    Alex Horne: Monsieur Butterfly

Nominated for Best Show in the 2014 Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Awards, Alex Horne brings his curious contraption to Chipping Norton Theatre. Remember that board game Mousetrap? In this unprecedented comedy experience, you can watch award winning comedian (and three time Countdown champion) Alex Horne attempt something similar. Stupidly ambitious, logistically problematic, potentially dangerous, this is the show Alex has wanted to make for a decade. Finally he will be Monsieur Butterfly. One flap of his delicate wings and mayhem will prevail. Suitable for ages 14+

    No Frills Flamenco

An exploration of some of its traditional styles in their most evocative form, the show goes in search of pure expression and is a celebration of the raw and yet nuanced energy that flamenco awakens not only in the dancer but in the spectator too. Dancers Magdalena Mannion, Noemí Luz and Yinka Esi Graves seamlessly interweave their individual styles creating a shared flamenco language. No Frills asks the spectator to put aside their pre-conceptions of flamenco and gives them a unique insight into its rhythms, melodies, energy and power. Live music, stunning dance.
