How to List your Property For Sale on Daily Info.
You can keep this page open on your computer for reference while you place your listing.Step 1: Get a Daily Info Account
If you already have an account, just log in using your normal username and password. Go to step 2.
If you don't yet have an account - Create one here! Just enter your email address and your log in details will be emailed to you immediately. You will need to click on a link in the email and log in for the first time to activate your account.Step 2. Go to the Property for Sale bit of your account.
Log in, and click on the "Property for Sale" link (see picture). You will then see a page that looks like this. Click on the "Add Property" button.
Step 3. Enter your property's details.
Just fill in the boxes. You will be able to edit your listing later. You can upload pictures at the left hand side of the page - they must be smaller than 200KB. If you have a floorplan, you can upload that too, in the Features section of the page. When you have finished, click Save Details.
Step 3. Preview.
You should now be on a page that looks like this. Use the "preview" and "edit" buttons to make sure that your listing looks as you want it. When you're happy with it, click on the "Payment" button (see picture).
Step 4. Activate.
Just fill in the boxes. You will be asked for your contact details. This is in case we need to get in touch with you about your listing. We won't pass your details on to anyone else!
Jan 2009: Listings are currently free! We've decided to make listings on this page free until the housing market recovers. This means that if you list your property now, it won't cost anything to keep it there even when we start charging again for new listings on this page.
We will keep your listing online until your house is sold. You can edit your listing at any time, remove and upload new photos and floorplans etc, via your Daily Info account - free.
If you're an agency, and would like your logo displayed on your properties, do let us know!That's it!
Your listing will appear online as soon as it's been checked by Daily Info staff. You can re-edit your listing at any time. Changes have to be approved by Daily Info staff, so there'll be a short delay before you can see your changes.
To prevent our listings getting out of date, if you haven't removed your listing in 6 months, we'll email you asking you to confirm that you still want your property listed (there will be nothing further to pay). Or, when it's sold, you can just log in and take it offline yourself.
