Daily Info, Oxford | Miscellaneous Review: Man With Van Recommendations

I've recently used Taxi Vans - Oxford for our 2 bed flat move within Oxford.

Matt & the other chap (sorry, I've forgotten your name!!) were extremely efficient and more importantly were extremely careful with our sets of oak furniture which they had carefully packaged and moved with great care.

We got their number from the Daily info website...so thanks DAILY INFO!!

I moved house last week and I would recommend Dester's man and van (07754614467). He managed to move my and my three housemates' stuff around Oxford. He also provided an extra man for the lifting. Very good price and service. Highly recommended .I would definitely use him again.

We used Andy Thompson Man and Van for our removal from Ireland to England. I Used A2B Bill (07932 383804) for moving some stuff from Oxford to London. Bill provided everything we needed - boxes, packaging etc. He also arranged for an extra person for the lifting. Very good price and great service. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a removals service, I would really recommend Dial-a-van (Oxon). They were polite, friendly, helpful, and worked really hard. Excellent service all-round for my move from Didcot to London in the snow!

I want to add to Anna's comments about Kevin, thanks to her we contacted him and I cannot thank him enough for his help. My boyfriend and I had a real mountain of boxes to transport, and it had to be done early due to parking restrictions. Kevin had more than enough space in his van, and was an absolute saint. He was careful with all our stuff and did the job carefully and quickly. He also took both of us with him in the van and was kind enough to go via the agency to drop the keys off en route. With his good natured and relaxed manner, he put us both at ease on what could have otherwise been a very stressful day.

I would say to anyone who wants a man and van to get in touch with Steve. I see he has one recommendation on here and I think he deserves another. He arranged to collect an item for me. He was so helpful and even called me several times prior to the collection. He and his driver were very helpful...my goods turned up on time and his prices are very good. I will definitely use him again.

I used Kevin, who operates a Man and Van moving service in Oxford. He came with his nephew and made what could have been a nightmare day really easy. He was prompt, his van was spacious, he and his nephew were really lovely (and a lot stronger than me) and he didn't complain at all about all the stairs (and looney porter) in the place I moved to. I'd thoroughly recommend Kevin and his van!
