This backpackers' is good. Not great but if you would like a chilled atmosphere and mediocre beds then this is the cheapest place to sleep for a night. The staff make up for the lack of everything else as they are super helpful and good. The main manager seemed rather up tight when I passed through Oxford so be on your best behaviour.
