The Flowing Well has recently undergone a complete makeover with extensions and a new manager. The new layout is great; very comfortable dining areas, small-ish but comfortable bar area; big heated patios. The welcome, bar staff and restaurant staff are all really friendly. The food is up there with the best pubs in oxford. It is early days for the revamped pub and it is still finding its feet and settling in but so far it has shown great potential and gets a very high recommendation from me. It is my local so I am especially pleased that it has turned out to be so good, and it is dog friendly. Well worth a visit and a meal – they have a pizza oven as well!
