Sadly, this bar has now closed down. Let's hope this piece of history is not going to be another icon of oxford that is never to see daylight again.
Blogspotter (Unverified), 11/09/10 went on a quiet saturday afternoon with a mate, very nice interior with wooden flooring and rustic atmos. really good games room area with pool table and darts. Didn't know what to expect and to be honest presumed it would be just another slightly grim backstreet boozer, but was very impressed. Like this area generally, The Brewers Gate is definitely on the up. Joe B (Unverified), 07/04/07 Just to say its now open on sundays. It also serves food 7 days a week. Its now been refurbished and is ten times better.
