I remember this as possibly the first sandwich shop I ever went to in Oxford. Thirty years ago, in any case, and I still use it once a month or so. It's a good place. Generous sandwiches of very decent quality at sensible prices. It's not sophisticated, but it doesn't have to be. Tuna nicoise bap is my recommendation...
