Our experience of Dak Bo is that, bizarrely, they do extremely average Chinese food but excellent fish and chips!

Our experience of Dak Bo over several years is that we have had consistently good food from them. Their Chinese-style roast pork and vegetables, beef or chicken with green pepper in black bean sauce, king prawn with straw mushrooms, Hong Kong-style sweet and sour chicken and their fish and chips are just a few of the dishes we've enjoyed. The service at Dak Bo is always efficient. It's very nice to find a takeaway which can be relied on to produce tasty food every time.

Dak Bo is an 'amazingly average' takeaway - a very large menu and quick turn-around, however you won't feel the need to go back in any rush.

This looks like a bog-standard Chinese Takeaway – which to a certain extent it is. That said, takeaway Chinese food doesn’t come much better than this. Our favourites are: Salt & Pepper Prawns (in shells), Sweet & Sour Chicken (Hong Kong Style) and Beef Curry – with chips.

We’ve bought quite a few meals from Dak Bo in the last few years, and I can honestly say we’ve rarely been disappointed. Prices are very reasonable too. This is not the only takeaway we frequent, and visit quite a few in London, but Dak Bo is up there with the best.
