I stayed for two nights in Heather House. Vivian and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had requested for some special arrangements and Vivian was very kind to comply with all my requests. She is a lovely lady, a wonderful host and her knowledge of Oxford was very helpful. The room was nice, clean and cosy. Wi-fi internet access was available, and that was very helpful. I would highly recommend Heather House to all tourists travelling alone or with their families. You feel like you are in your own home.The location is also very good.

A warm welcome in the evening, uncomplicated check-in, a comfortable bed over the night and delicious breakfast in the morning - definitely recommendable.
