Oxford Fun Palace lands at the Burton Taylor Studio on Saturday for the fourth year in a row. The Playhouse is partnering with a host of Oxfordshire-based organisations to bring a day of free creative activities. This year's event is titled Intrepid Explorers and activities include creating your own rocket ship, taking part in a circus skills workshop and learning how to make a galaxy in a test tube.

There will also be competitions and trails backstage, as the day gives a look into the science behind the magic of theatre. For the younger attendees there will be a soft-play safari reading corner. Something for any youngster with an interest in theatre.
