It's time to do your bit to help reduce food/plastic waste from destroying the earth. Local company Scoop is headed to Tap Social this weekend with their zero-waste pop-up shop. The idea is to bring your own containers so you can buy the exact amount of food you need and thus reduce your food and packaging waste while saving money and the planet. Pasta, rice, sugar, fruit, dried foods and SESI detergent refills will be available, and if you forget your container they have a small selection you can use on the day. They'll be taking cash and card on the day and we encourage you to grab yourself a zero-waste Tap Social growler (64oz, £25) on the day which can be reused and will get you a 25% discount every time you refill it from Tap Social.
