Cinema Under the Stairs started life as a monthly film night in The Cellar (R.I.P.) showing some of the finest examples of cult cinema (including This Is Spinal Tap, The Thing, Critters). Now two years later they have become a prominent fixture on the Oxford arts scene, and now, to add to their sell-out movie nights and must listen podcast, they've got their first art exhibition.

The Art of CUTS shows off some of the finest examples of the group's posters, gorgeously created by their in-house designer. Along with this there is an evening with the artist and a screening of this month's film choice, Fight Club (tickets go on sale on Monday 19th and will sell out quick). As the group moves from strength-to-strength (Daily Info had a hoot when we visited) its time to stop and bask in the weird, wonderful must-watch films the group present. Long live CUTS!
