The Children's Allotment has been busy over the past year, and they're celebrating with their biggest event yet - a Christmas social, with storytelling, a bonfire, mulled apple juice, and plenty of festive treats. There will also be crafts, and home-made jams and chutneys for everyone to try.

The Children's Allotment is a unique enterprise; a parent-run outdoor childcare collective, which aims to be an accessible education space for the whole community. Their long-term plans include setting up family-run childcare, with a strong focus on outdoor learning, and also to give the local community the opportunity to grow fresh food and learn gardening and cooking skills.
