A nationwide event that has regular monthly sessions in Banbury (third Thursday of every month) as well as many other towns and cities, Scriptstuff Poetry Open Mic night aims to be a welcoming, friendly space where newcomers and experienced poets alike can perform their works. There are regular invited guests, but also plenty of open slots, which you can sign up to on the night.

For November, there are two headliners, in the form of Antony Owen and Joe Horgan, and there will also be the regular Big Poetry Quiz, with prizes to be won! Entry costs just £3, and you can indulge in a beer or cocktail while you listen.
