Oxford Town Hall, St Aldate's, Oxford OX1 1DP, Sat 18 January - Mon 27 January 2020

In the week leading up to Holocaust Memorial Day, Oxford Stand Up to Racism has organised the "Never Again" exhibition, remembering the devastation of the Holocaust, addressing the ongoing fight against fascism and reminding visitors of the importance of solidarity and resistance. Displays with pictures, text and video will focus on the extermination of 6 million Jews and 7 million others judged to be "undesirable" by the Nazi regime, and the methods used to carry out this mass murder. The exhibition will also tackle the driving forces behind the Holocaust and the profile of modern fascism, drawing comparisons between the 1930s and today.

There will be a series of talks accompanying the exhibition, and on Saturday 25th January the subject will be "Stopping the Rise in Racism and the Far Right Today". Speakers include Anneliese Dodds MP, Penny Faust of Oxford Jewish Congregation and Colette Levy, a hidden child from Vichy, France. The exhibition and talks are of immense importance, not only remembering the horrors of the past but suggesting how we can come together to resist fascism and racism today.
