Now in its ninth year, the Series is well established in Oxford and much further afield. Past performers include John Lill, Joaquín Achúcarro, Angela Hewitt, Freddy Kempf, Yevgeny Sudbin, Barry Douglas, Stephen Hough, Imogen Cooper, Benjamin Grosvenor, Steven Osborne, Eric Lu and Federico Colli. In the summer of 2017, Alexander Ullman performed in the Series and only a few weeks later took first prize at the International Franz Liszt Piano Competition.
