Brookes Restaurant is now offering short courses, opening up its expert catering tuition to the general public. Short courses for adults include Knife Skills, Classic Breads, and a general 10 Week Cookery Course, plus specialist Vegetarian and Gluten-free Baking courses. Junior Cookery School are a great start for young chefs aged 8-14, making seasonal dishes. The Wine School runs casual courses for interest, or formal qualifications approved by the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, popular with hospitality employees and the passionate consumer.
