They were low on bread late on a Saturday morning, suggesting they'd run out rather than that they'd not had the stock in to start with. A poster on the counter indicates that the bread, from Nash's bakery, is made from flour milled by Wessex Mill, one of the UK's smallest family-run flour mills (with a history traceable to the Domesday Book!). Their wheat is sourced from farms in Oxfordshire. Fab.
I loved this place when I was England for uni. Its been about 10 years since I was there but I still remember the manageress and the staff were great and the food was delicious! I worked there for the time I was overseas. I miss it!
