The Big Kahuna (15)
Director: John Swanbeck

Three salesmen attend a conference, and attempt to secure a major new client. Two of the salesmen are tired old hands, played by Kevin Spacey and Danny De Vito. The third is Bob, a clean-cut trainee, who would rather talk about Jesus, the real big kahuna of the title.

The film's stage origins are evident throughout, with most of the action taking place in one hotel room. The script isn't nearly good enough to compensate for this, and quickly becomes pretentious and repetitive. Produced in 1999, this film has been sitting on a shelf ever since, and should probably have been left there.
