Barracks Lane Community Garden is a vibrant green space in that of Oxford, complete with an eco cabin, wood burning stove, sandpit and pond. If you've never been or want an excuse to visit this wonderful space, the Festival of Food will be perfect for you.

There will be a host of foodie treats to devour and activities to take part in. The Pizza Midwife will be running pizza making workshops, Abundance Oxford will be making chutney over an open fire, First/Second Step will be providing recipes to try at home and there will be potato printing for those feeling crafty. Plus, the bread oven will be supplying scones, and there will be music provided by the wonderfully-named DJ Baps.
