Grief cafe meet ups are a way for people to come together in a non-judgemental, honest space to share how they are feeling, and reflect on what is helping and not helping them on their journeys. The event is LGBTQIA+ inclusive and there are no rules on whether you are currently grieving, or just want to find a space to talk about death (and life!) together.
