I love Katie’s restorative yoga sessions, it’s a wonderful way to prioritise myself for once! Her cabin is gorgeous and the sessions are so relaxing, with extra hands on stretches (if you want them), which I love. There’s also time for a cup of tea and some reflection, which really helps reset your brain before the session. Highly recommend!
