Oxford has many open mic nights and folk sessions, with something to suit all tastes. If you like comedy, there's You Should Have Been Here Last Week at The James Street Tavern. For those who like poetry as well as music, there's Sparky's New Moon at The Half Moon. Lovers of contemporary music can head to the Cape of Good Hope, The Library or The Old Bookbinders, while folk fans can try Scandi-Sesh at James Street or the Early English Folk Session at The White Hart in Wolvercote. Whatever gets your toes tapping, you'll find something to enjoy in Oxford's music and performance scene.
