Keble College Music Society presents a screening of this 1920 classic silent horror film based on Robert Louis Stevenson's 1886 novella, The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, starring John Barrymore and Martha Mansfield.

Acclaimed concert organist and musicologist Dr Anthony Hammond will provide an improvised organ accompaniment. With the aim of making organ music accessible to everyone, Hammond creates a vintage Hollywood atmosphere in which his instrument, more often associated with church services, takes a starring role, transporting the audience with an apposite, imaginative and carefully-timed performance.
