The third Plant Swap is here, and judging by the success of the first two, it's going to be blooming busy! You can take along a healthy plant, some seeds or cuttings, swap with other houseplant fans, and maybe make some new friends in this ever-growing community.
There are two types of ticket available for the plant swap. The first is general admission, where you're issued a number of tickets depending on the number of plants you bring (so, if you bring three plants, you get three tickets and can take three new plants home with you - this way, there will hopefully be no abandoned plants left at the end of the day!) You can also buy a ticket with admission to the terrarium workshop, where you can learn how to build a self-sustaining jar or bottle garden. All materials are provided, but you can also bring along any figurines or ornaments you'd like to add - Lego figures are particularly popular!
The plant swap and workshop takes place at the Common Ground Workspace, where plenty of coffee and snacks (including vegan and gluten-free options) are available.
