Persian chef Sabrina Ghayour is renowned for making the flavours of the Middle East accessible to aspiring cooks around the world. As part of Pegasus Theatre and Oxford Brookes University’s Outburst Festival, Sabrina is coming to Oxford to celebrate vibrant, fresh cuisine, following the recent publication of her latest recipe book, Bazaar. As well as answering your questions and discussing her experiences, Sabrina will also treat the audience to a cookery demonstration – head along to be inspired, gain some tips and tricks and share your love of food!
