The best fun ever!

Very friendly, very supportive, very encouraging, and lots of fun learning to dance in a set to lively Irish music.

This is not River Dance.... no jumping up and down.

There is lots of spinning....... I love it.

It's sets of four couples, everyone swaps round, so we get to dance with everyone, no need to bring a partner, I don't.

Highly recommend for getting/keeping fit and having fun with lovely people.
