As part of their annual programme, community-run cinema Iffley Film Nights runs a full weekend of films, with this year's focus being European cinema. Drawing from across the continent, with films selected from Germany, France, Italy and Spain, it promises to be a must-attend celebration of film for all cinephiles. Proceedings kick off with the towering achievement of Italian neorealism that is Bicycle Thieves, before taking in the hugely popular French drama Untouchable, the powerfully relevant The Edge of Heaven, and the captivating The Olive Tree. Each are worth your time, showing the very best of their respective country's cinema - all the screenings feature English subtitles and a hearing loop is available.
