The King's Centre, Osney, Osney Mead, Oxford OX2 0ES, Wed 25 December 2019
On Christmas Day, all are welcome at The King's Centre for a festive feast, made from surplus food provided by Oxford Food Bank. You don't have to be a user of the food bank to attend – the feast is open to anyone who wants to celebrate Christmas with the community, proving that a zero-waste extravaganza can be possible and delicious. Last year, over 500 people from all walks of life attended, establishing this event as a delightful festive tradition.
If you have a talent for entertainment, whether that be circus skills, singing, magic, face painting, clowning, stilt walking or dancing, you can be a part of making the day special, since the organisers are urgently looking for volunteer entertainers for the event – get in touch via email if you will have a few hours to spare on December 25th!
