Join Oxford Brookes' International Hospitality Management students for a culinary journey through the Middle East. Guests will be served delicious food inspired by British-Iranian chef, Sabrina Ghayour, putting a modern twist on Arabic cuisine with a myriad of colours and flavours. In addition to the food, you can immerse yourself in folktales from One Thousand and One Nights, a compilation of stories from the Islamic Golden Age first published in English in 1706.

The students behind the 60-cover event believe that it's a great way for the community to come together and learn about different cultures and foods, and it's also a fitting last hurrah for the Brookes restaurant, which is closing at the end of this year. It promises to be a magical evening with fine food and fascinating stories.
