Learning about the devastating effects of the climate crisis on the world’s poorest communities can be a disheartening process - to the point where psychologists are reporting an increasing phenomenon of ‘climate anxiety’. They suggest that a way to deal with this is through taking meaningful action, and feeling empowered in the knowledge that your eco-friendly steps, however small, do make a difference.
