Wonderful that you feature the MEET VSO event in Oxford on Saturday 8th May on your latest podcast! I hope anyone with a possible interest in overseas work comes along - volunteering with VSO was quite simply the best decision I ever made. I also hope we can help promote your super podcasts (I really must see some fringe theatre, not to mention the documentary about Greenland´s sewers!). One thing I forgot to say about the Meet VSO event is that it´s free and all are welcome, but people are kindly asked to help us prepare by signing up in advance at http://www.vso.org.uk/events/meet-vso/meet-vso-oxford . Thank you, and keep up the great work!
Thank you so much for your excellent Gluten-Free Living podcast. I was diagnosed with coeliac disease when I was 4 and I definitely agree that it has got a lot easier than it used to be, although there is still a lot of room for improvement in many areas (normally the difficulty is in the availability and price of gluten-free food rather than in its taste). I'm sure that this guide will prove invaluable when I arrive in Oxford as it is difficult to find good places for buying and eating gluten-free food without knowing a town/city well. Thank you!
