Fireworks go boom fireworks bang bang boom boom

with all special delight.

The beauty of the moonlite night sky makes it light up

The rocket noise sparkling whizzer goes shooting up high

Like a luminous Chinese mushroom as it explodes in a million pieces

Like bright lights shot up in the air like nasa's spaceship going pop

Like tiny pigs flying into outerspace

electrifying bedazzling lights booming red beams sizzing going up and up and up.

The Catherine wheels glow, whizz and fill with smoke. An array of colours

Balls of lights orange, pink red all flashing

Breath taking with joy.

Breath taking with glow to see

All the life and colour that blossoms full,

To the sparks and passion filled light.

To the glittering eyes that wink at dusk,

Inspire wonder throughout the night.

All the lovers free that hold each other,

So dearly and warm from their heart.

Explosions and heat from lips that do kiss,

They owe to one true centres start.

All of nature bright and wondrous seen joy,

Whose fuse from one single lit flame.

Now ever expands but still within us,

The ash from the moment we came.

The one big bang that was truely divine,

The greatest known in history,

What caused such a fire to rip through the skies,

Still mankinds treasured mystery.

i light the first taper stand back and wait.

We go shop and stop on the top.
Fireworks is like a balloons. Sounds like a blues.
It's a chance to dance with sounds in the towns.
Tonight is bright makes us polite, right?
It's amazing, amusing and charming.

The city of dreaming spires
will soon be on fire.

Fireworks in the sky
Reflecting in our eyes
Like a thousands fireflies

The children starry-eyed
Are gathering outside
And BANG ! They almost died.

Chestnuts galore

BANG and the night remembers the light.
Fly then colors kiss the sky.

"BANG!" Goes my window, I'm shutting it tight,

Closing my curtains 'gainst the cold autumn night.

"BANG!" Goes the catflap, my moggy runs in,

Behind the old sofa, afraid of the din.

"BANG!" On my front door, my friends are all here,

We're heading to Oxford to join in the cheer.

"BANG!" Goes my poor car, it's trying to start,

Then skidding on iced roads and stopping my heart.

"BANG!" On the dodgems, the fun of the fair,

Apples in toffee wolfed down without care.

"BANG!" On the bands drum, and stopping all talks,

Eyes to the bonfire that's topped by Guy Fawkes.

"BANG!" It's a rocket! Diamonds in the sky,

"Wow", "ooo" and "ahh" the crowds only reply.

"BANG!" Through the front door, to warm house and bed,

To dream of the sparklers that dance in my head.

Zoom across the moon
They're big
They're bright
They give you
Quite a fright
So remember to stay safe

November, November the month we remember
The gunpowder plot that went wrong,
Its cause was religion, the result a tradition,
Lightening the start of winter long.

Now Guy's effigy burns when each November turns,
The plotters were sentenced to hang.
Their deeds we recall as fireworks enthrall,
With their brilliance, but mostly the bang.

Look up into the black expanse,
And see all the fireworks dance,
Swirling, fizzing, banging and pop,
No one wants this night to stop.
