Back for its 14th year, Dancin’ Oxford returns with Family Dance Week, to get everyone moving. As well as free workshops allowing you to learn a range of dance styles, the week will be topped and tailed with a pair of ceilidh dances - the ultimate way for kids and big kids alike to let off steam.

If you’d rather leave it to the professionals, the Old Fire Station is hosting a showcase of Oxfordshire’s many talented dance troupes, with performances from Body Politic, Justice in Motion and Kuumba Nia Arts among others. The performances are free (though donations are welcomed), even these companies are of a calibre you’d usually have to pay to see, making this exciting art form more accessible for everyone.
