The Woodstock Poetry Festival is organised by the celebrated independent Woodstock Bookshop, and is now in its 8th year. The festival is completely independent, and features established voices and rising stars. Highlights include Raymond Antrobus, winner of the Ted Hughes award, reading from The Perseverance, and folk singer-songwriter Peggy Seeger, with poets Bernard O'Donoghue and Tom Paulin, in an evening of music and poetry.

Tickets can be bought for each separate event, or you can buy a festival ticket for the whole weekend - for the afternoon events, the price includes tea and cakes!
