The annual Oxford International Women's Festival returns, once again offering a 2-week extravaganza of talks, debates, theatre performances, concerts and more. In the fortnight surrounding International Women's Day on the 8th March, the festival offers a celebration of, and reflection on, the lives of women across Oxfordshire from all walks of life, held together by their theme 'Threads of Liberation'.
