The rent is actually £1200 but that includes £100 a month utility bills paid by the landlord. All bills including council tax & internet paid by landlord. It's 20 minutes walk or 7 minutes bike ride from Hanborough train station which is then 9 minutes train hourly to Oxford. Well lit bright cottage has free car parking space and beautiful peaceful gardens with birdsong. This is a fixed limited rental period only- it cannot be renewed. Viewings can be any day but preferably at 10am or at 6pm.
