Lunch (eaten with handcarved spoons) included. Courses take place at weekends, in Martin's workshop at the bottom of the garden, with a beautiful view of the Oxfordshire countryside. Includes tuition on sharpening tools, health and safety, axe use and trialling different knives. Martin often participates in Artweeks.
