First (legal) distillery in Oxford, at least for creating drinkable spirits rather than Organic Chemicals. Producing a range of handmade spirits including gin, absinthe, vodka and rye whiskey all with transparency of provenance from grain to glass. The premises are within South Park, in a range of buildings including an 18th Century Grade II listed Threshing Barn. The shop is open for purchases, and there are also distillery tours daily.
