Would not accept bike under buy back scheme, bike was soon shown to have fatal flaws even though I hardly rode it

I had a great experience purchasing a bicycle from this shop. Richard was very prompt in replying to my questions and all the process was smooth and FAST. I needed a bicycle to get to University ASAP and in less than 48 hours from enquiring I already had my bicycle with me. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended, I am very happy with the shop and the service provided by Richard. Very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and all at a fair and reasonable price. I bought a reconditioned bike, Richard arranged a delivery to allow me to test it directly at my place. Once there, I also had another bike that needed some small fixes. He took that bike and brought it back fixed less than 48 hours later.
