It offers physical, psychological, social and spiritual care to those facing life threatening illness, death and bereavement. The focus is on quality of life and respect for the dignity of all users of the service. The specialist palliative care service is jointly funded by The Sobell House Hospice Charity and the Oxford Radcliffe NHS Trust, but much of its support comes from the public: there are shops, events and even a lottery you can support in order to contribute to this excellent organisation.
