Harris Manchester College

Oxford's smallest college began life as an academy for nonconformist Protestants.

Only after the abolition of religious tests for university fellowships in the late nineteenth century did it become affiliated with Oxford. Now a full college of the university, it admits only mature students (21+) for both undergraduate and graduate studies. The chapel, with stained glass windows designed by William Morris, is worth a visit.
