Formerly a women's college, it has been coeducational since 1979. The college is situated between the Woodstock and Banbury roads, adjacent to the University Parks and the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter. Alumnae of the college include Ruth Deech, Danny Alexander, Helen Fielding, Simon Rattle, Victor Ubogu and Martha Kearney.
