A sunny room in a town house on a leafy side street close to University Parks and the JR hospital. The area is popular for those looking for access via foot or bicycle to the city centre. There’s no parking but I do have a bike lock-up. Brookes and the Radcliff are both close-ish. No hidden extras. I normally take students and postgrads but not smokers or deists.
