Benito’s Hat started with a small store in Goodge Street in London, lovingly conceived by Ben Fordham and Felipe Fuentes Cruz, our founders. Ben and Felipe were passionate about bringing simple, fresh Mexican food to the UK that was both authentic and modern. Since then, 6 more stores have opened in the UK, all of them being true to the original ideals that have made Benito’s Hat into one of the most loved up and coming Mexican brands in the country.

    Inn
Overlooking the market square in the historic town of Witney, The Blue Boar dates back to the 17th century. For 200 years, this Cotswold coaching inn bore the name of The Marlborough in honour of the Duke before its original name was restored when it reopened its doors in 2011. Following our extensive restoration we now offer a 70-seat restaurant, bar area, function room, imposing courtyard and 20 boutique-style bedrooms. Formerly The Marlborough Hotel.
  • Temple Cowley
    Café
Plus more substantial lunch menu (jackets, paninis, etc). Friendly service, used to catering for all ages, from the tiniest high-chair user (and parent juggling cups) to afternoon tea for retired folks. Potted palms and split-level site make for interest, and the whole space seems open and spacious. The menu is straightforward but things like fruit juices are more natural without artificial ingredients; it's not awash with sugary carbonated tooth-rotting drinks, and is therefore kind for families.
