I love all aspects of the evenings from the mindful tea drinking to the meditation at the end. Most particularly helpful for me are the mindful reflections of our week and the mindful dialogues about 1 word. I also enjoy the silent meditation which enables me to try and find some peace in the midst of my busy weeks as well as the use of writing or pictures to help us focus on the present. Sylvia tries something new each week so you go knowing partly what the evening will involve but also curious about the latter half and what she has planned.
