We bought our Xmas turkey from Peachcroft both last year and this and have found the meat delicious. This year in the pressure and haste of responding to so many customers just before Xmas a mistake was made in our order, so we found at the last minute, when we came to cook it, that we had a whole turkey not a crown as ordered, and also significantly larger than requested. When i told them yesterday they immediately offered to refund the difference in cost which , to my gratitude, they have done.
