The new Steinway piano is excellent, and this venue in central Oxford and on a historic par with the Sheldonian. Acoustics are good and the management easy to deal with. Performers' event insurance is not a condition of booking unlike the Du Pre building who insist on it, at a considerable extra cost to the hirer.
