I think that O`Niell's is the worst place I have ever been to! Really cramped on a live band night, poor service - have to wait forever at the bar until someone bothers to serve or even notices you. The toilets are dreadful and smell just as bad as they look, as if that wasn't bad enough, to top of the whole night - when the bill comes through it's enough to make your eyes pop out of their sockets. I most certainly won't be taking my friends there again!
???, 25/10/06 The description is correct in that it is a kind of cheesy and predictable Irish themed pub. However, they often have live bands which have been great on the several times I have been there. This is also a place large enough to accommodate large groups of students (such as the study-abroad program I am part of...walking into many of the quaint local pubs with 19 people just didn't work). The one thing I hate is that they don't have cocktails (don't have the proper license for cocktails) but beer and other drinks are served at fair prices. Orangejem, 24/07/06
